1. About These Terms

These terms apply to every booking with Kreia AI Academy, a brand of Kreia Digital Services (SSM registration IP0621395-H) (“we”, “us”). By ticking the box at checkout or paying for a booking, you agree to them. Custom courses and corporate training also follow the written proposal we send you; if the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies.

2. Booking and Payment

• Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM) and are per person. Where SST or another tax applies, it is shown on your invoice.
• Pay by bank transfer, using the payment reference shown at checkout, then upload your proof of payment.
• Your seat is confirmed only when we have matched your payment and sent you a confirmation email. We aim to do this within one working day.
• If we don’t receive your payment within two working days of booking, we may release your seat.
• We only sell seats in classes that have a date. For courses without a date, you can register your interest and we’ll tell you when one opens.

3. Refunds and Rescheduling

• Seats are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed.
• You can move your seat to a later class of the same course once, at no cost. Email academy@kreiastudio.com at least 48 hours before your original class starts.
• A seat that has already been moved once can’t be moved again.
• If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, or don’t attend, you lose the seat and its fee.

4. If We Change or Cancel a Class

We may need to change a class date, venue or trainer, or cancel a class if too few people book. We will tell you as early as we can. If we cancel, or move your class to a date you can’t make, you choose either a full refund or a seat in a later class. We aren’t responsible for travel or other costs you have already paid.

5. At the Class

• Bring a laptop and arrive on time. We can’t extend a class for late arrivals.
• Image and video courses include generation credits for the class. Some automation and build courses need a paid AI subscription; we tell you before the class, and you pay for your own accounts.
• Treat trainers and other participants with respect. We may ask anyone who disrupts a class to leave, without a refund.

6. Course Materials

Slides, templates and prompts from our classes are for your own use, or your company’s internal use. Don’t resell, share publicly or redistribute them.

7. Photos and Recordings

We may take photos during a class for our website and social media, and we ask before you appear in them. Please don’t record a class without our permission.

8. Using AI Responsibly

AI tools can make mistakes. Check anything AI produces before you rely on it. You are responsible for what you upload to AI tools during and after class: don’t upload confidential or personal data you aren’t allowed to share. We teach skills; we can’t guarantee specific business results.

9. Our Liability

If something goes wrong because of us, our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the class concerned. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

10. Your Personal Data

We use your details as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to that booking.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction over any dispute.
